Custom Proposal & Design Fee
At SoChic&Co. every event proposal is thoughtfully curated to reflect each client's unique vision and style. To ensure dedicated time and attention to every inquiry, we require a $25.00 non-refundable custom proposal &design fee to begin the proposal process.
This fee covers:
-Consultation time and event design planning.
-Custom Design Mockups and concept layouts.
-Customized quotes and invoice preparation.
-Administrative time and communication.
Once this fee is received, we will begin creating your personalized proposal, including mock-ups, design concepts and detailed pricing.
Credit Toward Booking
If you decide to move forward and officially book your event with SoChic&Co. , the $25.00 fee will be credited toward your final balance. If you chose not to move forward, the fee remains non-refundable and compensates for the time invested in curating your proposal.
Booking Confirmation
Event dates are reserved only once the service agreement is signed and the required retainer payment is made. Payment of the design fee alone does not secure a date.
