- Vendor Coordination: We’ll serve as the main point of contact on your event day, communicating with all vendors to keep everything on schedule.
- Timeline Management: We’ll manage the day’s schedule, coordinating the ceremony, reception, and all special moments seamlessly.
- Setup & Styling Assistance: We’ll oversee the setup of your décor elements, signage, seating arrangements, and ensure everything looks stunning and exactly as planned.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Any unexpected hiccups? We handle them discreetly and efficiently, so you never have to worry.
- Guest Assistance: From guiding guests to the right places to managing any last-minute requests, we’re here to help.
- Event Breakdown: After the celebration, we coordinate the breakdown and ensure all rentals and décor items are safely packed up.
Pricing:
Our Day-of Coordinator Package starts at $1,200 for events up to 8 hours.
Additional hours can be added at $150/hour.
Travel fees may apply for locations outside of Connecticut, New York, or New Jersey.
